We grew up in this business.

We come from a family of farm labor contractors and worked in the fields ourselves. We saw where the time and money went: paper timecards, hours typed into three systems, invoices built by hand, and old software nobody wanted to open.

We wanted one modern system for the whole business, from the foreman's phone to the books. So we built it.

Kosechapp comes from cosecha, Spanish for harvest.

English and Spanish, for everyone.

Foremen, workers and your office each pick their language. Time cards, stubs and forms read naturally in both.

  • New hires fill out their W-4 and DE 4 in their language and sign on the spot.
  • Foremen add a worker to the crew from the field, no call to the office.
  • Workers see their pay stubs on their phone, in the language they choose.

Questions owners ask us.

Will my foremen be able to use it?

Time runs in the browser on the phone they already have, in English or Spanish. They open the day's work order and type hours or pounds next to each name.

Who runs payroll and the filings?

Our payroll team, in Kosechapp HQ. You approve the week in Office. We calculate pay, print checks, make tax deposits and file the returns.

Can one week mix piece rate and hourly?

Yes. Pay by the hour, by the pound, or both in the same week. Overtime, double time and seventh-day rules are applied across the whole week.

How is the grower's invoice built?

From the work orders you approve. Hours or pounds, rates, overtime and your commission are priced by ranch, ready for you to review and send.

Does it work with QuickBooks Online?

Yes. Payroll, invoices and expenses post to QuickBooks Online as journal entries, mapped to the accounts your accountant chooses.
