Kosechapp™
SMS / Text Message Program
Kosechapp is a payroll platform for California agricultural employers. We send transactional text messages only — account-related messages to workers and staff of the employers who use Kosechapp. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we never sell or share mobile numbers.
How people opt in
Kosechapp texts only workers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive account texts. Consent is collected directly from the individual, in one of two ways:
- By request: a worker asks their employer's office staff to text them their account link. The Kosechapp screen the staff member uses requires confirming the worker asked for, and consented to, the text before it can be sent, and the confirmation is recorded with the worker's account.
- By signing in: one-time sign-in codes are sent only when the worker themselves requests one — by entering their own number on the Kosechapp worker-portal sign-in screen, which states that continuing sends a text and how to opt out.
Consent to receive texts is never a condition of employment or of using Kosechapp, and opting out never affects pay or account access — every text flow has a non-SMS alternative (a link shared directly, or email).
What we send
- Account-invitation links (create your pay-stub account)
- One-time security codes: signing in to the worker portal, and resetting your password
Message frequency varies with account activity — typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

- “Kosechapp: Maria, cree su cuenta para ver sus talones de pago / create your account to see your pay stubs: https://hr.kosechapp.com/accept/… Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Kosechapp: su codigo es 482913 / your code is 482913. Expira en 10 minutos. No lo comparta / don’t share it. Reply STOP to opt out.”
How to opt out
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel all texts immediately.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@kosechapp.com.
- You can also ask your employer's office to remove your number.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the account messages described above. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Kosechapp envía únicamente mensajes de texto sobre su cuenta (enlaces para crear su cuenta y códigos de acceso) a trabajadores que dieron su número y su consentimiento — al pedir el enlace en la oficina de su empleador, o al solicitar un código en la pantalla de acceso. Nunca enviamos publicidad y nunca compartimos su número. La frecuencia varía; pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos. Responda STOP para cancelar en cualquier momento o HELP para ayuda. Optar por no recibir mensajes nunca afecta su pago ni su acceso.
